This option is very simple and very  nutricious at the same time. Your digestion will be very light and yet you will incorporate much more nutrients than you could possibly know.

You can add to it these different types of seaweed but you don’t have to……

  • Chlorella
  • Spirulina
  • Kelp

For the bolw of fruit i would suggest you always include apple as it has plenty of antioxidants that are very very good for your health. Tangerie, orange and wild berries have plenty of vitamin C. A little bit of banana in your intake will give you enough potasium to get your muscles ready to work.

So that was my choice! Feel free to include anything you want and have fun doing your own mixes in the kitchen. Raw foods are an excellent choice for a breakfast.
