This is a great option to eat with crackers in the evening. Very simple and nutricious.

Recipe

  • 1 can of Lentils
  • Green onion
  • Green pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Himalayan salt
  • Oregano
  • Thyme
  • Olive oil

Mix all the ingredients with a hand mixer and serve with sliced green onions on top!
