Recipe

  • Coconut meat of 2 coconuts
  • 1 to 1 and 1/2 cup of coconut water
  • Lemon juice of 1 lemon
  • A pinch of himalayan pink salt
  • 1 to 2 capsules of vegan probiotic

 

Blend this up until it’s creamy and then pour into a glass bowl.
Cover it with plate and place a towel around it.

Put it into your counter and let it ferment for the next 12 to 24 hs.
After that put it in the refrigerator.
It may taste a bit sour, but this is normal.

You can pour it over cereals and other preparations.

It’s cruelty-free. Enjoy it!
