- Coconut meat of 2 coconuts
- 1 to 1 and 1/2 cup of coconut water
- Lemon juice of 1 lemon
- A pinch of himalayan pink salt
- 1 to 2 capsules of vegan probiotic
Blend this up until it’s creamy and then pour into a glass bowl.
Cover it with plate and place a towel around it.
Put it into your counter and let it ferment for the next 12 to 24 hs.
After that put it in the refrigerator.
It may taste a bit sour, but this is normal.
You can put it on cereal or on smothies with yogurt and berries.
