  • Gluten- free flour (rice flour, quinoa flour, etc.)
  • Xanthan gum
  • Yeast
  • Warm water
  • Hymalayan salt
  • Sunflower oil

Put the flour, xanthan gum  and the salt in a bowl. Make a hole in the middle an pour the yeast and the water. Mix everything and leave the preparation to rise for 20 minutes. Then make small bundles and take them to the oven.

They are not as consistent as the regular bread but they are much better for your gut and a healthy alternative option.
