This is a relatevely fast and easy dish to make for a very busy day….and very delicious as well.

It consist of gluten-free spaghetti (corn) with vegan parmesan cheese. Then a tomato and lettuce salad with olive oil and a mix of vegetables.

For the vegetable salad

  • Broccoli
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Green pepper
  • Cabbage

Add some olive oil to your frying pan and put all the vegetables mentioned above. Add sea salt and lemon juice.

Serve everything together.
