For this recipe i use a vegetable spiralizer. Since it’s raw vegan it’s very easy and fast to make.
Kale sauce recipe:
- Walnuts (or Cashew nuts)
- Green pepper
- Olive oil
- Hymalayan salt
- Cayenne pepper
- Black pepper
Cut a slice of Butternut Squash an put in it the spiralizer. Mix every Kale pesto ingredient, and once the spaghetti is done, pour the sauce over the spaghetti.
And that’s it! Incredibly fast to make and very nutricious. Raw vegetables keep all the nutrients you would lose in the cooking process.
