  • Sunflower seeds
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Nutritional yeast
  • Turmeric
  • Onion powder
  • Sea salt
  • Paprika
  • Oregano

Blend all ingredients. Refrigerate in a plastic bag or in a glass container. Since it’s raw vegan it doesn’t last much, so make sure you make a small amount for each week.

It is full of minerals, proteins, vitamins, enzimes, antioxidants, fiber, lecitin, esential fatty acids, and pectin.
