For this salad i tried to find a between the sweet, salty, fats and acid.

So, i chose grapes, carrot and tomatoes for the sweet. Cabbage and lettuce for the salty, tomatoes for the acid and the fats are in the oils i’ve used this time, olive oil and sesame oil.

Try to integrate these flavours and your meals will taste much better and be more balanced.
